Should You Read 'Six Of Crows?'

Point blank, you should!

Revolving around a band of young misfits, Six Of Crows tells the tale of a once-in-a-lifetime kind of heist while still focusing on the personal struggles of the six 'Crows' and their hurdles as a group. It's a story filled with quirky lines, fascinating characters, heartache, and breath-stopping action scenes.

The book begins with our criminal prodigy, 'Kaz Brekker", the second-in-command to a gang called 'Dregs' and ruthless in his endeavors. The first look into his mind tells the readers a lot and leaves them with a lot more to crave. We get a good look into what's to come from the very beginning, where Kaz is having an enrapturing showdown with another gang leader and proving his unquestionable talent as he maneuvers the whole situation in his favor.

As always, Leigh Bardugo's world is an absolute wonder and is clearly aiming at the YA audience, what with the ages of most characters being the magical 17 (despite them never acting their age, but not the point.) Whether you love the grimy fantasy touch or hands-on fighting with knives, rifles, and bombs mixed with excruciatingly attractive characters that know how to use their brains and body, Bardugo's Six Of Crows got you covered. It's got a bit for all readers, the cunning heist lovers or the ones that are too invested in complex relationship dynamics dipped in long-suppressed lusts and running straight in for all the wrong reasons.

So, go on, find a comfortable corner, grab a cup of coffee and get to reading. It's definitely going to be worth it.
